I know that everyone here talks about how awesome the Human Brain is, but why cant we develop a photographic memory using it. I have noticed I am on that track to developing it.

..don't see any reason why not. Just tell me how and I'm there!

I've been reading a lot about smart drugs or nootropics as they are called. Apparently, they are symptom free and among the safest drugs ever created.

Some of these drugs greatly enhance the communication between the left and right hemispheres, others improve memory to an insane degree, among other things.

Check it out: http://www.damicon.fi/sd/ http://www.antiaging-systems.net/JS-nootropics.htm

Hey brian, have you tried the piracetem? I checked out the hyperlinks you posted and it looks very interesting. Im curious to hear your results from it.

Does it not make your mouth water? Geniushood in a pill! A symptomless pill no less! Seems like the best thing since mother's milk. The more I research, the more I want to try it. Apparently a 3 month supply of Piracetam for personal use is actually legal! Very tempting... Has anyone had any experience with nootropics or 'smart drugs'?

I am only taking choline so far...it is a legal supplement, safe, no side effects. It really inreases concentration and helps memory. Never take more than 3 g a day (and never start with 3 g). Don't forget pantothetic acid if you decide to try it. This formula is popular among MIT students. There is an egroup smartdrugs and a usenet group alt.drugs.smart for those who want to discuss their experience.

Note, a much better source of choline is Lecithin. Why not take more than 3 grams choline? The average pill of choline bitartrate contains no more than 250mg.
(And I'm talking about the Lecithan granules or powder, not the gelcaps.)

Check this out: 1 serving has 3250mg choline, 350mg Inositol and tons of fatty acids. This is BRAIN FOOD. It also has phosphatidyl serine or something like that which clears up skin.

B-5 or pantothetic acid is used in the
process of converting phosphatytal choline into acetylcholine. Don't forget vitamin C, which is used to convert phenylalanine into Dopamine.

Inositol is usually included with most choline supplaments:
From www.biopsychiatry.com "Inositol and its derivatives serve as messenger molecules within the nervous system. This is a second-messenger system used by several noradrenergic, serotonergic and cholinergic receptors."

Could help with the body intelligence we were talking about in the 'Feeling' posts.

choline, inositol, b5, vitamin C... and whole host of others. I read Your Miracle Brain by Jean Carper last year and she cited study after study that showed how intelligence tests rose after taking this or that nutrient.

I ordered and took most of them for a couple months--13 pills a day. (yack!) I noticed perhaps a 15% difference. When I went off them it became very apparent how stupid I normally am! Nothing quite like fluency of thought! I can get the same effect though, with just two tablespoons of Lecithin.

By the way Brian, we don't have to take those
drugs all the time. Many people reported same results using NLP to anchor your reactionto the pill. Check out the 'all the way down' cd's by Bandler, its all about drug substitution.

That hyperlink that i think brian posted got me thinking. The upshift site (well, upshifts link to oxytherepy.com)boasts on how the 35% hydrogen peroxide is great at raising your o2 content, which in turn, causes a great synergy with piracetem. Why not just take normal 2% hyd. per.? This way you dont have to dilute it down??? It kind of made me wonder. I dont think the 2% h2o2 would be more harsh on your system or am i wrong?

I had this thought as well.

There are three main alternate sources of oxygen, 35% hydrogen peroxide, stabilized oxygen, homozone.

Methinks that the peroxide is the cheapest, but worst of the three. 2% peroxide is too weak and you'd have to drink bottles of the stuff to get the same effect... I researched this a year ago, so I this is all from vague memory-I could be wrong)

Homozone is greeeeeeeat. When it came in the mail, I discovered that it was alos a 'colon cleanser'. Apparently the average American at any given time is carrying about 12 pounds of sh*t clogged along the 20 odd inches of his intestines. The body coats it with mucous so we don't poison ourselves and die. Once you clear all this out with the homozone, then you've prepped yourself for the *real* action... to be found in San Francisco. ...if you're into that sort of thing. hehe.

Interesting about anchoring the sensation of feeling like a genius. Just take the drug for a short while, get used to it, then anchor? That simple? Hmmm.

The drug anchor thing does sound interesting. Hey Brian, you took homozone then? If so, did you combine it with piracetem? I ordered some piracetem, some Phos.-choline, a bottle of something called memory smart (contains 120mgs ginkgo, 200mg Bacopin, 250mg DMAE, and 15mg vinpocetine per 2 tabs.) I thought that you couldnt order vinpocetine in the US but maybe?!? I was wondering this because i might drop a few bucks for that homozone.
