Just a little question,

What excersises may I do to improve this kind of activation. I´ve been able to enter deep concentration before falling asleep and many of the things I have PRed pop into my mind, but not completly clear. I would like to improve my clarity and speed in this kind of activation, Oh yes and without falling asllep.

Juan,
So far my spontaneous activations happen in ways i'm totally unaware of. I'm beginning to think i'll just not bother w/ them because i don't seem to be able to pick them up. But, i know they happen.

If you are a student, then you should observe this in class & during discussions.

For me, it usually goes like this: I do something i think is my idea. Then at some later time when i pick up a book i'd PhR, i notice that very same thing.

They say to do this you have to PhR at least 3 books daily for a few months. Notice the story in the PhRing book about the tennis guy. Maybe you play an instrument or participate in sports. PhRing a lot of books in this area should show up in those areas even w/o activation.

I know i PhR everything i could find on stress w/o activating much & it really helped me.
