YesterdayI decided to try to photoread a book. I looked up War and Peace and once I figured out how to relax my eyes, I was no longer seeing patterns flash before my eyes, but the actual text and it was just like watching a movie. I think I got only about 50% comprehension, but I really did experience the story and felt what was happening to the main characters.

I used the down arrow key, because the page-down key is still WAY too fast.

I like photo reading with the computer much more than the books. It almost makes the books seem like a waste of tim ein comparison.

Books are nice in that they exist in the physical sense. Books offer sense of touch, person feels one with the book. Turning of pages gives a sense of sound, which by the way can be relaxing. There is just something to be said about books ... they definately have there place in a world gone technilogical!
