Recently I've been having some really weird dreams since I started photoreading daily. Usually, it's like I wake up in a dream (lucid dreaming) and well it's quite frightening because everything seems so real. Two days ago I had a nightmare so real that I couldn't sleep for an hour or so
It's like I've suddenly got to know a part of me that I didn't know was there.... and believe me I'm quite excited by PR but also a bit afraid... Help please.

A few people in this forum have written about the same subject. I haven't had the pleasure. Basically I sleep sounder than I ever have. I wish I had the dreams.

Try photoreading the Bible before you sleep and instead of the wierd chanting routine - yu might try praying mentally while you photoread - I basically can't help but pray in the Spirit while I photoread the Bible, because the Word of God is so powerful and peaceful.

Hope this helps.

PhotoReading does stimulate the dream state.

As aallen said PhotoRead something positive, uplifting, and inspirational before bed.

When you have the wild dreams or the lucid dreams, have you been able to relate them to a specific book you PhotoRead? If not, look for connections. You might be surprised, and it might give you ideas for using your dreams to activate books.
