I just started learning to Photoread because the idea intrigues me. Being able to fly through a book as quickly as you can turn the page is something that I could make good use of in my endless quest for knowledge.

But after reading the book on Photoreading, I do have one question that does not seem to be answered to my satisfaction.

According to a story mentioned in the Photoreading book, a man performed a test by Photoreading a series of images of a technical manual flashing accross a screen incredibly fast and he retained the information.

From what the book suggests, to Photoread a book, you have to preview it, Photoread it, and activate it for the system to work. Yet it appears that this man only performed the Photoreading step and still aquired the information.

My question is how many of the steps in this system are absolutely required for it to work?

Can I Photoread the book twice and still get what I want? Or do I have to super read and dip as well? It's not a question of believing, but one of efficiency. I'm sure a lot of people, myself include, find it boring to flip through a book five times and then put it down. I personally would like to go through several books a day without worrying about following a set proccess if I don't need to, reading should be fun and stimulating, not stressful from worrying about missing a step that you might not need to perform.
