I have been trying something different when I photoread that I wanted to share with others and get some input on. I have been keeping a Photoreading diary (actually a notebook) to write down my purpose and record trigger words. I also like to jot down different approaches to my PRing session. Sometimes I might change what I say to myself as I turn the pages or I might concentrate on seeing all four corners verses seeing through the center. I try to record all this down to get an idea of what really works best.

Does anyone else do anything like this? I'm sure I am not the first.

Anyone??

I too keep a journal, although I don't limit myself to write about what I read. I write about any interesting thoughts I might have at the time or about any special observations I might have made (about me or the world around me.) I might write down questions that intrigue me or even set goals for myself. I have kept a journal for several years now and I am very pleased with it. The trick is to read the journal often and think about what you've written. I suppose it's very much like image streaming, except I use a notebook instead.
