I have had the course for about two months and things seem to be going well. My questions is.
When I am photo reading I will find myself sometimes having fliped through guite a lot of the book and then I begin to think to myself I was not really paying attention to noticing both pages or the whole of both pages.
But when I am like that is when I seem most comfortable and fluid. Once I notice that I have done that I begin to attempt to concentrate of photoreading and looking at the whole of both pages as I flip, but I am not as relaxed anymore.
Not sure which is better any suggestions

Sigma209,

Someone once mentioned on the DB that 'daydreaming' 'spaced out' or 'loosing track' at what you are doing are signs that you are at an Alpha state / Superlearning state ... so consider yourself fortunate and priveleged!

Sigma209,

The fact you are trying, shows you are doing something right!
