As far as I have read, photofocus is a method of looking at the entire page without reading it with your concious mind.

The details are published in the book 'The PhotoReading Whole Mind System', which is not an expensive book and has enough information in it to give you a good overview of the system and allow you to apply it (the book is available from the learning strategies web site).

There is some information at this web address that summarises the Photoreading experience:
http://www.debateit.net/stereoreading/photoreading.htm

However, please note that if you have a look at the stereo reading stuff, it is just a theory at this stage and is not part of the PhotoReading Course (although very interesting!).

Just remember thought that the photofocus method is pretty useless without the rest of the photoreading system.
