Thanks for your advice, i guess i am going to have to try and read chapters more than once to gain recall. Another problem i have is when i have an appointment perhaps in the middle of the day, i tend to not do anything upto that appointment. Perhaps its procastination that could be my issue but i just don't make use of time.
I have taken :
piracetam, vinpoetine, hydergine, lecithin, lucridral, brain lighting, various vitamin pills, ginkgo.
I thought perhaps i could just take a pill for a few weeks and my understanding and recall of my subjects would increase. But i was wrong none of these were any better for me than hanging upside down between study periods. Brain lighting seemed to have a good effect but this positive was cancelled out by the side effect of pains in my arms whilst using holosync, making it impossible for me to use holosync thus i discontinued use. Perhaps its my bad diet that makes these pills ineffective, i don't know.
Other things i have tried. I have used many binaural cds perhaps only quietude i can put up with whilst studying. The mindtech one i mentioned in another post was totally useless, i seem to always get sucked in by false claims.
Bwgen has no effect on me and holosync does, so i don't see how it could be an alternative. Paraliminals have helped me particulary anxiety free.
The book the power of now has had a profound effect on me, and this is after pr-ing once and then speed reading it in a short time.
