Confucious say:

"Man who start sentence without capital letter not gramatically correct".

But what the hell! How about another one just for you?

Confucious say:

"Man who run behind speeding car get exhausted".

I thought there weren't any capitals or letters in Chinese? (Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'd like to find out what that quote means)

Ni hao explorer!!!

Actually I was just being facetious because Mr Raanan was being too serious. And anyway, why isn't it politically correct? It's not exclusive. The joke includes both of the sexes! And do I care if it's politically incorrect? And don't you think that on a metaphysical level, labelling something as "correct" or "incorrect" smacks of a patterned conciousness which is the chain that binds us and keeps us from true knowing? No enlightenment for you today Mr Raanan!

My mission is to help you all! Don't you see how that makes you see things from a different point of view? Also, you lot on this forum are SO stressed about all sorts of weird "X-files" stuff like astral projection, enlightenment and photographic memory! And just what the hell is PARALUMINAL READING????

I am giving you a little humor to ease the stress. Maybe if you all laughed more you wouldn't have all these problems. There is truth inthe adage, "Laughter is the best medicine"!

And the sayings themselves help you too! Word play encourages lateral thinking which can help with problem solving and seeing the world in a different way.

Which quote don't you understand? Tell me, then I can explain it.

You are not wrong about the Chinese writing system. I was, in fact, referring to Mr Raanan's reply to my posting. For your information, the Chinese writing system is made up of three types of characters. The first type are called "pictographs" which, generally speaking, represent physical objects. The second category are "signs" or "symbols" which, roughly speaking, attempt to describe abstract concepts. And the third type are called "ideographs". These are characters that are made up of two or more signs or pictographs to produce extended, and sometimes, unrelated meanings. And you thought you were dealing with an amateur!....

Lao Tsu say:

"Never enter a battle you cannot win"

Looking at my original quote again, if you had wanted to put me down, I think it would have been better for you to focus on the lack of coherence in the sentence. Should have put more thought into it I guess!

So just for you, I will share with you my favorite "Confucious say:" joke. You are honored, believe me. Feel free to laugh all you want!

Confucious say:

"Man with hole in pocket feel cocky all day".

I didn't mean to sound as if I was 'dealing with an amateur'and I'm sorry if I did. I only know a little about the Chinese language, although I do recognise your greeting as being mandarin.

The quote I didn't understand was the "Man who start sentence without capital letter not gramatically correct", but it seems like you were probably joking.
