Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PhotoReading, Memory Optimizer how many pages?

First of all thank you all.

I have been trying to photoread a novel (first try) and indeed I have seen a good result.
When you start to rapidread (Prepare, preview, PR, and Rapid Read) it is true that you read much faster.
Here is another question,
¿How many pages do I have to scan for "trigle words?", The whole book? or just a few pages?

Could you please define what you mean by good results? I'd really like to hear how you achieve good results with PR on novels, as I'm not completely satisfied with my own results. I manage to read about 450-600 WPM when reading novels (it feels too slow, I'd like to go faster). I'm not sure if I can notice any effect of the PR step...

hi,
you should look for t.words in segmental jumps of 20 pages. do 40 pages if the novel is really big. you should have about 25 words for a novel.
but frankly, if you pull out trigger words and do super reading and dipping it's a sure way to ruining your ending so it depends on your purpose, if it's for school do all the steps (i think if it's for school you dont even need rapid reading). if you want to enjoy it just do prepare, a slight preview to know the atmosphere and the characters in a general not ruining way. pr and go straight for rapid reading. sure it takes more time but, it's more enjoyable and you will benefit from the steps before rapid reading.

so basically it depends my purpose.
if i do want to ruin the experience good results are knowledge of the plot.
if i want good results only by doing the part i've mentioned above, good results include that i have had enjoyed the proccess of activating this.

actually that is what I do,
First I prepare, then preview, PR and finally rapid-read. Just as you said.
The result of all this is more or less a much faster reading. What I think is that perhaps could be better doing it by steps, I mean, in groups of for example 100 pages, so not reading the whole novel. What do you think?
