I am currently working my way through the home study course and am in tape 6. I am still having some problems with page turning and maintaining the blip page. I seem to be unable to work with Paul's technique described in the course, but I am able to turn the page by running my hand down the corner and then sliding the entire page over with my palm. As I understand it, it should only take a tiny part of a second for the image to be registered in my "other than conscious mind" so the fact that my hand is blocking part of the page should be a non-factor correct?
If this turns out to be a non-factor than I think I can get through the photoreading step without loosing the blip page much more easily and this would solve 2 problems so far... Let me know your thoughts.
