Mnemonics are better used for remembering material from a book that is activated, although they can be used to trigger an activation.

Creating pegs or links to remember can actually stimulate activation of more material.

In our Memory Optimizer course coming out you will create ABC lists that are similar to Harry Lorayne's processes.

Harry and I were talking about that this afternoon, as a matter of fact.

thanks chaosadelt and pete...for explaining the materials by tony buzan.
For Inchiki, i've read that Self-Enhancing Master Memory Matrix (SEM3) in Master Your Memory book by Tony Buzan. It can helps you remember a list (any list) using associations like short stories and it is 'hard to forget than to remember' when you get used to it. My first exercise is to remember the list of planets and it works for me. I'm trying to relate this technique with activation process in PR since i have difficulties to activate the books that i've PR.
Any suggestions ?
