I read a book on memory and it finally 'gelled'! It was a 206 page book and I read the book and understood what it was talking about, picked up the major points of the book and did this in about a total of 1hr 30min! whoo hoo!!

Congratulation !!
Maybe you can brief your experience by answering my few questions :
1) What do you mean finally the book 'gelled' ?
2) Is your 'major points' = trigger words ?
3) What did you do actually in 1 hr 30 mins ?
If possible, i want to follow your steps. I've been using PRing since last week and maybe you could help me.
Thanks.

Well, after I explain, I may be wrong

1) The book seemed to make sense.
2) It seemed as though the major points had to do with the sections of the book. Since it was a memory book it hit on different points like the 'Link System', 'Substituting Words', etc. After I PR'd and Superread/dipped, Those things made sense.

3) Previewing, PR'ing, Superread only took around an hour and a half to get the whole book.

It makes me want to PR more! Good Luck, it works
