I photoread another book just last night, and immediately afterwards noticed that my eyes were hurting. They had never done that, so I closed them to try to relax them some. After having my eyes closed for a few seconds, I noticed my eyes were starting to move around. Then they went ballistic and started moving in a "z", over and over, faster and faster. It was kind of like they were skittering through the book, but at a much faster rate than I have ever done it. I didn't see anything in my eyelids, just black, empty nothing. Has anybody else experienced anything like this? Or am I just going insane?

insane.

unless you have a medical reason why the muscles around your eyes are acting like that. maybe you're straining too hard. for me, PR is the most relaxing thing for my eyes in ages.

I've had times where it takes me a minute or two to be able to focus on anything again - everything's blurry for a while.
