Do you suggest that i take one super reading and dipping sessions slowly and more carefully or to super read and dip really fast twice or more through the book.
I would also like to know how the best way is to read a novel with the purpose of writing a detailed report for school. At the end of my first super reading and dipping pass it seems like i have not gotten what i need. I am looking for the feeling of actually KNOWING a book and not just knowing specific parts because you can't write a report kowing only certain things.

Also, is Photo Reading only help you find certain things in a book?

If you're new to the PhotoReading system, don't beat yourself up over not having the level of familiarity you want with the book. Opening up that kind of other-than conscious connection doesn't happen over night(at least for most of us).

With SuperReading you don't want to go so slow that you're subvocalizing. A word here and there is okay, but not too often. When I rapid read it seems like I'm remembering hearing the words spoken, like I'm subvocalizing extremely fast in three to five word clumps.

You can get whatever out of a book you want, you'll find what you look for.
