When I try to super-read and dip, I find myself just blurring my eyes down the page. Nothing sticks out to dip into. I end up trying to comprehend during the actual super-reading. I know dipping is where the comprehension comes, but I never know where to do it. I end up regular reading, and I think I might have ADD/ADHD, so even that comes without good comprehension.

I get that sometimes too- superreading and getting nothing. That's when I switch to skittering/rapid reading. Guess you could call it skittering/dipping, who knows. Sometimes I superread the whole book without dipping into anything (even when I want to) just as a brief review before I skitter/rapid read. SuperReading isn't for comprehension, it's for turning the pages into a huge field you're looking at all at once just waiting for things to jump out at you. If nothing does, don't worry about it. After you do it just go on to skittering.

I tend to PR then postview/dip together. IF my purpose is clear enough then this works well. Else everything just seems like a waste of time.
