First thank you to those that answer my posts they are encouraging and helpful! Second when you photoread do you remember the information forever and can activate it anytime you need it? Third will it help or damage if you play some music while you photoread to keep your concious mind busy? Today I practiced just the photoreading step and photoread 6 books, if I wanted to go back and activate them would I still be able to or would I have to go through them again using the whole system?

Hey Indi,

1) I'm actually curious to know how long something photoread can stay there before you activate it. It says to let it incubate for 24 hours if possible, but if I wait a week, should I start over again? Alas, I don't know the answer to this question.
2) Playing music *should* be okay, as long as you stay relaxed. I used to play Daft Punk Band, and found out that my *happy* music was way to distracting, since I started dancing in my seat. I switched to classical music (Bach, Al Belini) and have been getting decent results with it. I would avoid it for the photoreading step, but I usually read at Au Bon Pain, so I need something to replace the noise.
3) You can activate those books. It says if possible 24 hours later, at the least 20 minutes, so I'm pretty sure you could activate any of those six books.

Good luck!

Thanks Razor! I was planning on trying classical as well since it is supposed to be relaxing music.

Music:

Stephen Halpern's Accelerated Learning.

Sound Health Series for Thinking & Learning.

Relax w/ the Classics is ok but not as good as Sound Health music. Their stuff is super.

Most important is belly breathing, deep breathing via the diaphragm. This kind of breathing is very relaxing. Also using the 10 Minute Supercharger tape to teach your body how to enter a relaxed but alert state is very useful. I no longer listen to it because my body/mind has anchored the alpha brain wave. Get to the point where you can take a few deep breaths & feel your facial muscles & shoulders relax. Relax your eyes; relax your tongue & breathe deeply & let all tension flow right out the bottom of your feet.

You can activate any of those books you read at any time in the future. However, if that time frame is longer than the next day or two, I would consider PRing the book again before activation (just to refresh the neural pathways), but I wouldn't wait another sleep cycle. I would consider waiting for the recommended minimum 20 minutes before activation though.

This whole process of re-PRing the book and waiting before activation would only take about 30 minutes, so the time thing is negligable and I think you would get better activation results this way rather than simply trying to activate something you PR a week ago.
