I'm studying different science-related courses right now in school. The whole PR system works great. I normally go through the entire process with my textbooks for my classes. I am interested in photoreading other textbooks of the same material to absorb more information. However, I seriously do not have the time available to go through the entire photoreading process for these additional textbooks. Would it benefit me at all to just do the previewing and photoreading steps with these additional books? Or should I just skip them altogether and continue to follow through the entire photoreading process with the textbooks that are actually for my courses? Thanks a bunch.

I would recommend that you try to have at least on 30-minute activation session on each of those additional textbooks. Doing the PhotoReading step 3 techniques alone does not guarantee your conscious mind will be able to bring the information up when you need it.

If you have at least one activation pass, you'll burn in those new neuro pathways which will enable your conscious mind to draw on more of the material that you absorbed during the PhotoReading step.
