The classes receive high marks from students.
Speaking philosophically, sad is the student who leaves any classroom disappointed, because he has not used the opportunity wisely. Classroom learning should not be passive where the teacher does all of the work. The teacher is merely a faciliator of learning, and the student must actively learn everything he can. And, he asks for more when not getting what he wants.
I don't know if this is you, but my experiences suggests it might be.
As far as polling students, were your questions supportive, neutral, or leading to the negative? It is easy to get a negative response.
After taking the class, what are you doing to build your skills? Are you using the system? If so, tell us how. Have you called your instructor for coaching? (We've asked her to call you, by the way.)
You have a great opportunity in front of you. I'm glad you posted your message, if it results in progress for you and your goals.
