It's fun to talk to oneself, people should be doing this more often. Maybe I'll start a new fad.

I agree. Definately. Indisputably.

Thank you, thank you. You are much too kind.

No, no, you deserve the praise Tim, really you do. Venturing out into brave new territory, all on your own.... I wish I was there to comfort you.

If only, Tim. What great times we would have, what great times indeed.

Ah, who are we kidding, this friendship will never last. The two of us, we are doomed to spend enternity apart.

Calm down, Tim, it will be ok, really, deep breathes, deep breathes. That's good, now count down from three. Slowly.

Ok. Ok. Ok. I think I have it. 3....I'm feeling it, it's all tinglely all over....but so very good...2....Here I am, no distractions, no worries, no fears, no regrets, this is amazing Tim. If only you could see what I see....

I can. We all can, Tim. This power lies within us all.

Really? And all this time, I thought I was stuck, always falling in a downward spiral, but still clinging to that slipery slope...It all makes sense now...1....A flower, my god, Tim, it's a beautiful flower, right there in front of me....Truly a sight to see. You should be here.

Oh, but I am.

Gregory, a belated thank you for the analysis.

I think we had some confusion. When an alkalarian refers to alkanization, he means it in a relative fashion--simply eating less acidic food and more alkaline food. Apparently you thought that I wanted to actually LOWER my body’s pH!!!! I can see why you might be concerned.

I don’t think that you and I refer to the same kind of sources... Edgar Cayce, the great psychic / sleeping prophet was able to diagnose patients’ illnesses and prescribe remedies… in his sleep/under hypnosis. All he would need is the name and address of the person. After several minutes, he would say, ‘we have found the body’, and then rattle off the problem and solution. He had a 90% success rate—as many ‘thousands’ of documented instances attest.

I mention this, because, his universal consciousness was one of the first to advocate eating an alkaline diet back in the 1940’s—how can you defy god? I’m just kidding. There is some mention of this at: http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Delphi/1219/ecindex.html

You can’t argue with a sleeping prophet who has a 90% success rate! lol!
I also listened to a Power Talk interview with Robbins and Dr. Young—It’s cheap, only 5 bucks on ebay—it was very informative and scientific, though I did not retain much of the science stuff.

nerves becoming much more sensitive while acidosis has the opposite effect.

When Anna Wise speaks of her kundalini experience, she says that she had the most peculiar eating habits in the world. She shunned all acidic foods and had horrific cravings for certain alkaline foods. At the height of her experience, she was just eating green lettuce–incredibly alkalizing. Well, what is kundalini? I guess you could say that it is electrical energy traveling along your nerves? I think that the alkalinity was enhancing her kundalini experience and her body intuitively knew to go for it.

When the body is in alkalosis neuronal excitability greatly increases

After reading this, you put an idea in my head... What if, I DID try to hyper-alkalize. Over break, I took a walk down to the grocer’s. Two separate instances over break, I hyper-alkalized as part of an ongoing week-long cleanse. The concoction was about 10 to 15 servings of wheatgrass—the most nutritious substance on earth with a cup of straight lemon juice (an acid which has an alkalizing effect) and about 1.5 gallons of warm water (all throughout the day). Occasionally, I’d mix some baking soda in water just for kicks (following the safety antacid recommendations on the side)

I nearly jumped out of my freaking skull on those two days. Such power of mind I have never known!! I felt like a GOD. I felt like the smartest person on this earth. I felt that no problem was too difficult to solve. I couldn’t stop talking. I couldn’t stop THINKING. My head was in the clouds somewhere. My family thought I had lost my mind, talking and gesticulating like a madman into my tape-recorder. (I now realize what Dr. Wenger has been harping about for so long when he says we should use a tape recorder. On each instance I worked out some pretty hefty problems that I had been facing for a couple hours. I was thinking so fast that I simply had to use a tape recorder to keep track of what I was saying.) It was great; there was enough material for a book without doing any research! Dr. Wenger says that we have the accumulation of several universities worth in our brains and that we’ve already inputted into our brain everything we learn in school. Crazy guy. But I begin to see!

(this is going to be a great technique for before exams! Instant Omniscience!)

And you’re simply not going to believe this one, and I hesitate to add it but.... I had been stimulating my third eye so much with visualization, amygdyla exercises, binaural beats, etc, that a huge mf’ing bump appeared in the center of my forehead. It was one inch in diameter and 1cm raised, and the color of my skin. Scared the living **** out of me, actually. I was sufficiently scared enough not to touch any of this stuff again, but it went away in about a day after I ceased stimulation. crazy, I know, but I guess that's what happens when you visualize the center of your forehead as a flaring hot diamond everyday for a month.

This reminds me of women who believe they are pregnant and go though the entire 9 month ordeal with all the outward characteristics, but no kid. It also reminds me of a man telling someone who is hypnotized that his finger is a hot poker. He touches someone’s arm. The man recoils in pain and a blister develops. Pure insanity. This is the emotional connection between body and mind that Dr. Candace Pert, author of Molecules of Emotion refers to with all her talk of neuropeptides.

As for living water, human blood that has more chi in it tastes much better than... ahem. I meant, tap water that has been chi-ified through use of an orgone machine tastes noticeably better—like spring water.

Mostly old information in a new package (in my opinion).

Alkalization has been around for at least 150 years, but it has never been proven before. Dr. Young has video footage of actual cellular pleomorphism—something that is scientifically impossible—once a cell has differentiated, that is supposed to be that. Further, you can actually see the anaerobic yeast and candida clear up with before and after pictures of blood samples. Even vegetarian blood looks pretty horrific with sickly looking blood cells, while Alkalarian blood cells are nice and plump and juicy.

This is a new standard of health that is spreading like wild fire with the help of Robbins. Soon, very soon, sickness and tiredness will be outmoded concepts, which we will one day tell our children about.

“yes son, I remember when I was your age, people used to feel tired in the afternoon and they even used to get these horrible things called colds!”

“okay dad, whatever.”

I can laugh at this, but it is my reality. And as soon as the mainstream accepts it, it will be yours as well, I hope.

As you and I appear to have no outstanding disagreements and have pretty much exhausted the topic, I think we can put this issue to rest, no?

Cheers,
Brian

whatthe222, I should offer you great thanks. I received the Silent Stim tape that you suggested I order. I've also become aware of how Centerpointe develops their binaural beats. Further, I've developed an interest in the effects of tremendously low binaural beats played at very low carrier frequencies.

I'm now something of a mix-master DJ on the Brainwave Generator and on Cool Edit 2000.

I have created... the ultimate preset.

It includes:
I. The Tomatis Effect (which I learned how to make myself, so I no longer need the crummy tape.)

II. Trauma Release (1.5hz binaural beat with a 100hz carrier frequency)

III. Delta Meditation that lowers you down from 14 hz to 1hz.

I also extended the length of the meditation I originally laid out in this post from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. And it's all mixed so perfectly.

I haven't really been going for decreased sleep, as exams are over. It's just great to listen to. The combined effect is simply euphorically, geniusizingly, sleep-deprivingly, enlightening.

Makes me think that there is no need to go buy the Centerpointe CDs when you can make your presets on the ole' bwgen. It only takes 5 seconds to lower the carrier frequency as you progress, I don't see why it requires a CD for EACH..goodness, that's a lot of CDs!!

light and truth

Hi Brian.
Thanks for the ideas. Your postings are always interesting and thought-provoking.

Have you thought about making these BWGEN presets available to other BWGEN users?

One idea I had about the use of paraliminal style tapes was to use the 3D capabilities of a suitable soundcard to make the voices come from the place where the submodalities of a belief are located. This may be more suitable for the intoduction and ending portions of a recording where there is no left/right separation.

Well, I tried to publish just the 'Tomatis Effect', which is an exact replica of Centerpointe's tape, but have yet to receive a response from Mike Noorma--the bwgen guy.

As for my little mix, there is not an original bone in its body, unfortunately. It is merely a combination of the presets:

Tomatis Effect by Centerpointe
Trauma Release by Zamolxe
Deep Mind IIIe and IV by Joseph Plazo

While I have no reservations whatsoever about tinkering with their presets on my own, I'm not sure how they would take to my publishing them. Besides, I still need to experiment with it further--make sure it's perfect. But maybe in the future, I'll ask their permission to put it up if it's good enough.

As for the Tomatis Effect? Maybe Mike Noorma is on a holiday?

The idea about 3D sound 'sounds' great, though appears to be beyond the power of chaps like us--twould be quite an ordeal to cut and paste all of those spoken lines, no? I think Paul may use 3D sound in his Personal Celebration series?
