When doing the PhotoReading step, your brain is downloading the information, recieving it, and then immediately: it processes it.
It's like biting a cookie. You don't know why it tastes that way, but it's not like you have to concentrate to taste it.
The information, although you don't remember it, is being stored into your subconcious mind. Your subconious is able to process over 20,000 things at once, unlike your concious which can do only 7. Do not even worry about recieving the information. Know it is in your mind, and know that it is going to be recalled. Affirm your purpose.
Doing the activation techniques in step 4 allows you to recall the information at an accelerated rate.
Bottom line: it's as easy as walking. Just don't think about it.
