when i preview i dont think i can get any trigger words from my books. i just flip through the pages and write down words that i see. is this right? if not please tell me whats wrong on here, cause i need to figure out to get info from my books

Thats right.. pick out 20 to 25 words that way... it doesn't matter if they mean anything... to start with they are just words that attract your attention (usually from the headings and subheading or words that appear a lot and you notice it. (Like when you get a new novelity item or buy a car you notice all of a sudden everyone has one). They help your conscious mind connect with the other than conscious mind while you photoread. It is words from the book that you are looking for.

The idea of trigger words to getting a connection with the book and they can be handy when it comes to the activation process... later when you want to activate you ask why that word seem significant and associations can pop up. Sometimes just looking at you list of trigger words and you get activation.

It's a tool. If the word was in the book its a good word. Play with it.

I read a lot on non-fiction and the books usually have an index. One way of finding trigger words is scan the index and look for words that have a lot of entries. Foe example, in a book on the stock market that I am attempting to PR, the term "support-resistance" is spoken about 62 separate times in the book - must be important. Combine these words with chaper/section headings, 20-25 words should be easy to find.

Fiction is another story. I find it very difficult to come up with appropriate trigger words.

I wouldn't bother looking for trigger words in a fiction book. The cover... info on the back gives you a general idea of the book. Read it in photofocus and then decide if it is a book you want to 'read' or rapid read for leisure.
