Just ordered the kit, and started right away on it...first off, how much am i supposed to cover in each sitting, i dont want to overkill, and i dont want to pace too slowly. So far the tape doesnt mention when to stop and continue another day....

Secondly, how come when im observing the blip in the crease, i cant recognize the text and therefore, when i close the text , i cant recall what was in it...bear with me ita all new to me!

man, we get this ALOT!!! Okay, *babying* you dont want to be able to see the text clearly, okay, you following me so far? You want your other than consious mind to pick it up, THEN when you activate it comes into your consious recall for future use.

Or, in a calmer way of putting it : if your eyes and mind are focusing on single words, your subconious has a more limited ability to absorb the information faster. Using a technique (PhotoFocus) that can get the information into the subconious without concentration from the concious(or awake) mind.

This allows it to have a better input into your long term memory, enabling a more accelerated activation process later on.

Pace yourself for what is comfortable for you. You will be advised when to take longer breaks between sessions and even then its still a choice.

In answer to your second question I would say it as thus... because you are doing right!

Your conscious mind doesn't need to see the page it's the deeper mind that does. Thats what you are training right now. Later stage of the course will teach you how to gather the information out of the deeper mind to the conscious level.
