When dealing with unfamiliar symbols like Japanese and Chinese characters, can PR help you learn and recognize those symbols faster?
Also, since grammatical structures differ, can PR help you assimilate those structures in a way that not only improves basic fluency, but complex articulation as well?

Do a search of the forum I believe the answer is yes, PR can help you learn them faster.

The best way to improve fluency in a language is to use it often. Read it often so it stands to reason that PR can help.

Try it and see is the best way to find out. It takes 3 to 5 minutes to PR the average text so it need not be a time consuming experiment to PR foreign a text for learning once a day for a week to see how it helps.
