I love Personal Genius b/c of it's success for me. This tape forced me to get clear on the goal of my listening scession. You want to experience success w/ this tape? Then formulate a very clear goal--one thing only--. Don't try to fit in 2 aspects of a problem. One sentence worded clearly is the way to go. Then, very important, when you are done do NOT look to see if it's happening. That's the kiss of death or doubt. Just forget all about it.
Keep a note book of all the things you listen for. Like, write down
the stated goals. Then, a few months from now look to see what happened.
If my goal is a difficult one, i will listen a few times over a couple weeks. Then i forget about it. You can b/c you have effectively programmed for it by using the tape & your clearly worded goal.
