If you had to recommend only ONE of the below courses, which would you recommend? You are a mid-level manager at a Fortune 1000 company, and do regular presentations to top level managers, as well as manage a team of 10-20 engineers...You want to move up the corporate ladder.

Million Dollar Vocabulary. A sharp vocabulary will improve your ratings at work. PhotoRead the dictionary regularly while you are using this course.

But, if you have other issues that are more important I would do either Natural Brilliance or Ideal Mindset. (Read about them and follow your intuition.) You will get more benefit from Decisive Action and Consistent Achievement when you do Ideal Mindset first.
