Just keep turning the pages regardless of loss of concentration or any other distraction like lumping pages together. WHY? All you want to do is get the technique down.

1. blip page or X
2. smooth turning of pages Listen to that part of the tape again b/c Paul gives info that answers most of your question.
3. a slight smile on your face and the tangerine

Yes, just start where you left off. Concentrating on your breathing is very worthwhile. I found that deep breathing fixed all my problems in the areas you mentioned. I take a deep breath and the blip page gets wider---always.

By deep breathing i mean breathing from your diaphragm.

Once you get the technique down, you'll be surprised at how easy and natural it is. It's very relaxing on the eyes.
