Hello people,

I'm trying to apply the techniques exposed in the WholeMind System book and i'm having a little problem with PhotoFocus. With some effort, i can see the blip page (looking over the book) but when i try to move my eyes down to the middle of the page, it disappears. What should i do? I also loose the PhotoFocus when I blink my eyes, and after every page change.
I tried the X technique but i can't see the blip page with it, all i see is the words getting out of focus. Man, i REALLY want and need to learn it but it's getting ,e crazy... Any suggestion for a begginer?

Cheers,

Suztain

Your situation just like me!

I think you just let it go and try every day when you feel boring .
You will find the differece within a week.
And you should think it's funny or keep your body relax when trying it.

Good luck.

yea keep relaxed but also get used to being able to control your focus and convergence/divergence and be able to "see through" something at will. to do this, use the coctail weenie method and also you should practice stereograms whenever you can, buy a "Magic Eye" book or two, and if you have any vision problems, practicing these things could improve your vision, lots of people have lowered their prescrition or stopped getting worse. some people dont even need correction anymore, so you can learn photofocus better while improving your vision(if you need to). i was raised with a magic eye book so im used to being able to control it, but anyone can learn it. get the book or look it up online, practice, and you'll be doing it perfectly in no time. also look at the post about photofocus on this forum, theres one up right now, too.

I found the fastest way to develop the photofocus was to print out 12 magiceye type pictutes and look at them a couple of times a day. After about 3 days the focus became second nature.

For applying it to a book just stay relaxed and keep turning the pages. If the blip disappears just 'notice' the four edges of the book and keep going. You'll probably find that the blip comes right back. After a couple of books its stays more consistently.
