Someone once told me that human concentration is so compact that you can make your body temperature drop by degrees by thinking very hard for long periods. I also know that concert violinist David Oistrakh used to lose weight during sonata performances because his concentration was so high. So I wouldn't discount the huge concentration as being one of the causes of your cold. The mind is a very powerful thing.
I also PR'ed the Microsoft Encarta dictionary, a 1700+ page monster. It took me 26 minutes. I haven't tried to activate it because I only wanted to see if I could PR something that large. If i wantd to activate it i'd probably PR it every day for 3 weeks just because it's so large (1700+ pages, 3 columns of small print).
Activation can be done with a dictionary but i'm unsure to the level that you wish since PR really isn't something you activate to specific details, you usually start by activating to general concepts and with the dictionary there are none. Of course, I'm not sure about that last one...you'd have to ask Dana or Paul.
Whatever you do, take advantage of the PR system's flexibility and remember, Paul said to Go Easy On Yourself!
