When I photo read, I see the third page in the middle as they say but the letter seem still blurry.. Some people say that we are supposed to see the letters clearly.
How can I get to do that?

no, you arent supposed to see the letters clearly, but keep your focus steady, behind the book. let the letters be blurry, and after a lot of practice, the letters might be less fuzzy, but for now they will normally be blurry. dont worry about that.

Since you're not looking directly at the letter/words when you use parallel vision they are not clear. Often only the letters in the blip page appear clear.

Over time the rest of the text may become clearer. Whether or not they become clearer depends on how much you use the system and doesn't really matter for photoreading. Remember you're usuing a different focus when photoreading therefore what you see is different to what you are used to. Your mind still recoginses the words.
