We provide support to people who purchase our programs from us or from an authorized reseller.

Dana, if I buy it from an individual who has bought it from you should the benefits not carry over? Joe quote: Originally posted by Dana Hanson: We provide support to people who purchase our programs from us or from an authorized reseller.

Let's say everyone who buys a course froms us turns around and sells it to another person when they are finished with it. We'd have to double our coaching staff, office space, computers, etc., with no additional revenues. We would have to cancel the service or charge per minute like many software companies.

There have been quite a few individuals that have learned how to photoread just by reading the post and participating in open discussion here on the forum and have never bought the book or the home study course. There are even quite a number of people that have borrowed the book from friends, libraries, amazon.com, half.com, barnes & noble and with the valuable information that lies within this forum, has gone on to be successful photoreader. My God!!! what more can you ask for?, what more do you want?????

This forum is about those that have succeeded and helping those that aspire to succeed. I don't think anyone here will look up in their database to determine whether or not you obtained the course/book first hand or second hand and base on whether you got it second hand, deny anyone that needs help especially you. This is a community that's foundation is built on helping everyone/anyone that needs help and is not bias by race, creed, color, sex, religious belief, AND, whether or not you bought the course from a friend!!!!!!!. MY THOUGHTS...

Most product only come with a 1 to 6 month warranty. If the individual let the warranty expire or used up the service that originally came with the product how can you expect the company to provide backup service on a secondhand or even thirdhand product? When you didn't even buy it from them in the first place. If you save yourself money by buying second hand you've got to expect to miss out on the fringe benefits that come with buying it from the supplier. Alex
