Hello! Is anybody here, who already had experiences with using PR for school? Did it pretty improve your marks? I hope to get a couple of answers!

well it has only improved me a little so far because i am a beginner , but i found myself thinking clearer and found myself saying my own things about physics . I made conclusions to paragraphs in the my physics book that were way in depth to what the paragraph intended to provide info about. I have not yet got the results i desire though but im getting closer. I repetitively have dreams about physics and maths on solving problems i wanted to solve during the day , i dont know whjy. And when im almost awake im 50 % concious as it feels to me i feel i found the solution to the problem but the problem is when i wake up i dont know what i was thinking during my dreaming. Do u know why anyone?

I suggest you get into the habit of writing down your dreams when you wake up. Start with what you remember don't worry about order. This often helps you to recall the solution you dreamt about. Even if it seems unsuccessful at first keep recording every morning. The recall may even occur later in the day. If you go to sleep with the intent of solving a problem with a dream keep a notebook and pen handy and record anything you remember anytime you wake up. Also before fully awakening yourself ask yourself what did I just dream about. Then record it. Expect the answer to show up sometime during the day if you didn't get it during the night in your dreams. Only by getting into the habit of recording your dreams will you have better success at recalling the solutions that showed up in your dreams. Alex

I am also a beginner, I am in the second week of my semester. Using PR, i finished 4 chapters ahead of my lecturer. Further, i find myself more comprehen the materials than before. Besides, i have plenty of spare time. So, what do you think, do you think it is worth it?

I am somewhat of a beginner to photoreading. The only step I have trouble w/ is activation and thanks to Alex I'm finally starting to realize how to activate more efficiently and eventually efficient spontaneous activation. Today I freenote a lecture and probably picked up more than anyone in the room, however that has nothing to do with photoreading. Here is my success so far...I am taking a class called cybercorps on how to build and repair computers and we take regular A+ testing for certification. My score before was a 367 which isn't bad for someone who knows nothing about the topic. Before my next A+ test...which was today...I photoread the entire 1,200 page book 2 times. I didn't activate at all (1,200 pages is quite a bit to activate). I went into the test really relaxed and the test I had was harder than the one I had taken before..(It picks random questions). I recieved a 518 (one of the highest scores in the class, especially considering some are computer freaks and some have even had the class before that is a really good score. Also, I improved by 151 points where the general average is between 30-50 point increase and that is due to about 20-30 minutes total of photoreadin and that is all. Some will argue that it was just lucky chance, but I believe its because I was relaxed and when I didn't know something I just let the answer come to me weather right or wrong.

Tully12M, I'm impressed. Being relaxed and allowing your inner mind to answer the questions is what it takes to open yourself to spontaneous activation. In a sense that is what you've experienced. Remember how you felt when you answered questions with your inner mind and the relaxed feeling you had. Allow yourself to get into that state when you want to activate a book. The answers will come so much faster. Keep playing with it. Alex

my 2 penneth... One of the best things about PR is that it does contain all the elements of other 'traditional' reading schemes (eg the Preview, Question, Read, Self-recital, Test model). In that way you can still enjoy benefits while testing the waters, gaining confidence, until you feel more comfortable and then start noticing how the 'whole mind system' supercharges the traditional processes. If you wanna take exams by the seat of your pants, PR is the one for you! Nick
