I have just resently purchased the Ideal Mindset course and I am very pleased with it so far. I had no instructions on how to use it. I find the coaching sessions very interesting and insightful. Many of the ideas are totally new to me, I have never really given much thought to my sub-concious mind, how it works and the powers it has. Getting to my question: I am wondering, on the first pass through the course if it is better to give each coaching/paraliminal a few listening before continuing on or if it is better to go begining to end and then come back. I am really eager to learn more and experience the rest of the paraliminals, should I just go with that for now?? I would be very interested to hear what any of you think on this subject or any feeling or advice on this course. thanks.

Hi,
Do you mean that you do not have the instruction manual that comes with the course? Well, in that case, just follow along each coaching session prior to each paraliminal tape session and you should be using it okay.
As for your second question, although I personally had the temptation to repeat one of the paraliminal sessions after listening to it, I decided to just go one pass through the whole course (coaching then paraliminal sessions each time) before I went back to that particular tape.
Also, Paul Scheele gives you advice on the first and last coaching tapes (i think) on how you can best use the tapes (whether individually or as a whole course) on subsequent sessions. Right now, having gone through the course twice in the usual sequence, i am more inclined to use individual tapes as needed but might still consider revisiting the entire course again for truly major goals for myself.

Regards,

My apoligies, I posted the question above without reading it closely to make sure it made sense. The line " I had no instructions on how to use it", was supposed to be deleted.
I guess I decided on my own, after posting the question, how I would precede and that is to go from begining to end, first, then go back. Part of my reason for posting the question was to get some feed back on how other people feel about the course. I find it to be incredible and I am surprised that there are not more comments about the course, as a whole, on this forum.

I've heard from people who started at tape one and moved systematically through all of the tapes, and I've heard from people who started at tape one and stayed with a session or two for multiple listenings before moving on.

Of those, those who moved systematically through all of the tapes have had the best results.
