I just got the Automatic Pilot tape and I've listened to Side A a couple of times. So far I love it.

My question is this: Should I only work on 1 goal at a time or can I work on multiple goals (different listenings) at the same time.

In other words, can I work on Goal A on Monday, Goal B on Tuesday, Goal C on Wednesday, etc. or should I just stick to Goal A until I achieve it?

Sure, work on multiple goals.

If one of the goals is a biggie, then I would stay focused on the biggie. Absolutely do not work on two biggies at once, unless they are related.
