I have been working on the PR tapes for about five weeks. I am on tape five. Is taking this long to get through the tapes going to hurt me to learn the system? I go as long as a week without using the tapes.

No, there isn't anything wrong with going slowly .. it'll just take you longer to do the program.

If you have the book, read through it and you'll get the basics of the program then you can try it out on your everyday reading.

The tapes are great and go into a lot of detail but sometimes you don't need that to get going.

Try out the 5 day reading program ..

I started the course 2 weeks ago and I'm now on the tape 5. Actually I have spent most of the second week on the tape four and practicing the "self controlled part" of the PR method. After my first PR book I found it important to improve my concentration and relax-state.

My first experiences have been "heavy head", more vivid dreaming in the nigths and recently some "spontaneously activitaed" answers. Altogether very exciting! I'm going to do now the 5 day program on the first book.

Keep going, this is going to be an interesting journey.

You own the tapes, go through the tapes at a pace that your lifestyle allows. Just as long as you avoid getting stuck on getting it perfect before you go onto the next tape. Its better to just do your best and continues with the next tape and once you have gone through the course once you can then start over or just listen to the tapes that help you in the areas of your weakness. You'll find that you will have the system working for you much faster that way.
