It's known that photoreading before bedtime allows your mind to process and catagorize the material while you're asleep, and if you're lucky, you'll dream of it. However, would the same be true for activating? I feel it should help remind your inner mind of your priorities in reading to go back and reprocess what has already been photoread.

I like to activate before bedtime. There's nothing wrong with dreaming of a book twice.
