Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PhotoReading, Memory Optimizer do you mind map on computer?

Hey, I use mindman personal to make my mind maps on the computer. How many of you do yours on paper? Do you find it limiting? I cant imagine putting my mind maps on paper for books because they would just be sooooo huge. Any thoughts?

I have just recently started PR course and did only yesterday the casette 6. It was very interesting and I realized having used mind mapping already for a while. I'm not native English speaker, but read most of my text in English.

I have the custom to write down words (with traslations, meanings) and phrases from the books I read. And I use my word processor (MS) for that purpose. I think I will start using this method with more imagination to mind map the PR material, too. Perhaps even using other programs on top of word processor.

i don't know why but my mmaps come together much faster when i do them on paper.

i have mmapping demos but have never tried them. one day...for now paper's fine.

I also use only in paper, In there I can use my draw and creativity.And make the same effect.I think.

I use a fairly large sketch book. When I'm done, I either leave it in the sketch book if it's a library book, or I remove the sheet and place it in the book if I'm dealing with a book I own.

I downloaded the trial version of Mindmanager and played with it a little bit. I'm still going thru the self study course so I havn't used it other then to copy the mind map I did of the PhotoReading book to the computer. I really like the ease of use and the way the maps look. I'm in the process of talking my boss into buying it for our department to use in meetings, for project planning etc. Has anyone used the pocket PC version?
