Get one or two books on procrastination and a couple on time management and do direct learning on them. Works really well. Oh, and dont be lazy. ;-)

Grab the Get Around To It paraliminal if you have it. Focus on one project at a time. You might consider getting the New Behaviour Generator. Anxiety Free can help with overcoming the fear. I suggest you work out a way of using the paraliminal with the professionals. Since you have a fear of progress you won't be one making major goals. Your professional should be able to help you to define smaller steps towards your goals.

Understand your fear.

Accept yourself as you are; imperfect just like absolutely everyone else. And that's okay.

Convert your reality.

Live free of expectation and fear.

Fears are 99.765342% not based in reality, just like my stats. Here's a nice anacronym to remember.
FEAR = False Expectations Appearing Real

NLP is a good tool for this type of attack. Before you can use it you must first notice when you feel fear. Notice the physical effects and signs, as well as the mental ones. Analyze what is the real source of the fear, not just the current manifestation. Understand it, come to terms with it, Decide not to hold that belief. Decide on a new belief. Then when you notice the fear appearing, dismiss it as a invalid belief and state your empowering belief.

I suspect the paraliminal AlexK that AlexK suggest are designed to help you achieve the same end. However, the easy route is not always the best route. Self discouvery is very valuable.

Good luck,
Iam2
