I have always been quite a slow reader, about 280 wpm on average, but as I put the tangerine on the back of my head my reading speed increased immideatly, and the text became much more comfortable to go trough. I canīt understand how it could be so simple.

Somethings we don't need to understand. We just need to remember to us it.

One theory is that is dissociates us slightly. The posture for reading a book is usually leaning forward, which is the physiology of association. Keeping the fixed point of awareness above and behind the head allows us to keep a dissociated awareness while having an otherwise associated physiology.

Just a theory, and probably wrong.
