I am new to this forum and any other forum available in this website. I am new at everything here actually. I think that this is a great website, I have been looking for something like this since I was 17, now I am 18 ƒº.I am amazed every time I read these forums and when I read one, I can¡¦t stop and I read for ever. . My first goal is to be a great PReader like the rest of you.

First Question: Can I be successful at with the photo reading system if I am missing all the books? I only have the tapes and Photoreading whole mind system e-book.

I got the PR system from my friend. His older brother bought it or something; he went to the army and gave it to me because his brother ¡§my friend¡¨ didn¡¦t even care. The only problem is that he lost everything except the PR whole mind system book and the tapes. I have listen through the whole ting and I was wondering if it¡¦s possible for me to learn how to PR if I don¡¦t have the course manual? If I can¡¦t learn how to PR without the extra books than does anyone know were I can buy them separately?

Second Question: I have PR 3 books a lot of times and I don¡¦t seem to have any success. It is obvious that I am doing it wrong. I think that I am looking at the pages wrong ¡§I can¡¦t see the blip page and I stress my self trying to picture the X there fore I take more than a second per page¡¨. I have PR a book like 5 times and I still haven¡¦t gotten anything out of it.

Third Question: If I have lots of things to memorize in a book that I am going to PR like a book that talks about the laws, what questions can I ask my self? I really have to learn everything to pass my test in College, so, there is not a single law that I want to know. What can I ask my self or do? Please help.

How many of the tapes did your friend give you? Your questions sound like you might be missing some.

BTW Are they the real tapes or just copies?

The tapes are the original ones. I have them all. I am concern about the course manual. Through out the tapes, Paul asks the listeners to use the course manual, were can I get that?
Yesterday night I actually PR a Law book and the whole time I sough the blip page. That was pretty cool. I did a check list and I did everything right. I didn’t have any dreams dough or at least none that I can remember. Today I am going to try to manually activate the book. I feel pretty confident. I do feel like if I haven’t gotten anything from the book but I am guessing that’s normal. Can I have some tips on activation? PLEASE Another question: When I PR, do I look at both page at the same time? Some one posted something like this in another forum. I look at all the corners at the same time and I see in-between the words in both pages at the same time as well.

If you originally purchased the course from LSC they will probably be able to sell you a replacement manual. So ask your friend who bought the course to call LSC on your behalf.

The phone number is on the tapes.

For Activation - first of all tell us what you are already doing. Paul has written a whole chapter in the Photoreading book on the subject (page 53 to 70). Try some of the methods given there. Paul also explained it on the tapes. Do you have all 9 tapes or 10?

The answer is still- yes

I don't have a lot of experience with PR but I have followed the directions. I feel confident that I'll understand this book that I am PReading. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to activate even faster? It's a text book and I need to activate most of the book. I have done the mind map exercise. I have actually regular red 3 chapters and have skittered all the pages. I have only had one brief dream in were I was PR the text book and when I turned to some pages most of the words in the page were missing leaving me with only a paragraph or two. I don't know what that means.

Is it just a matter of time now before I start getting those "ahas"?
I am going to go to school tomorrow and the teacher is going to talk about the chapters, I am looking forward to seeing if the book will activate then.

Just to be more prepared. If I have lots of things to memorize in a book that I am going to PR like a text book that talks about the laws, what questions can I ask my self? I really have to learn everything to pass my test in College, so, there is not a single law that I want to know. What can I ask my self or do? The teacher asks us some of the most specific questions, questions that I might never thought he would ask. So, I really need to have about 85% comprehension of the book if not more. Do I stick to the exercises on the PR system or does any one have any suggestions on this? PLEASE HELP

Become fully familar with the system as is before you look for short cuts.

Remember text books can take as much as 50 hours of studying using regular reading. It is much more realistic to expect to spend 15 hours with a text book you need to know well. Looking for shortcuts will be more time consuming than applying the photoreading steps.

For textbooks treat each chapter as a book on its own.

Set a timer and ensure you keep your activation passes to the time you specify then you will find that your information gathering speed increases.

Thanks AlexK. That cleared up a lot of things. It made sense and it helped. I went to school today and the teacher started to speak about the chapters. For some reason I felt that I knew the stuff but some how I couldn't remember. Like what Paul said in one of his tapes, I had the information in the tip of my tongue but I couldn't say it.
