I am studying in Leeds University in UK. I have bought Paul・s new book and I am so glad to learn that there is such a powerful way for fast learning. I am going to enroll in the seminar organized by Mr. Mykal Pinder of Matrix Memory Systems Ltd in June.

However, I have quite a lot of worries.

1, I can see only with my right eye as the sight of my left eye permanently lost since 2 years old. So I can・t see the blip page by parallel vision. Can I still be able to apply PR?

2, I know Learning Strategies Corporation is a great company and its seminar guarantees success in learning PR. However, as I study in UK, it・s inconvenient for me to fly to US. So I would prefer to enroll in Mr. Mykal Pinder・s seminar.
I just wonder if he is a licensed instructor and if Matrix Memory Systems Ltd belongs to Learning Strategies Corporation so that there is satisfaction guarantee?

3, How long do people usually have to practice PR after seminar in order to be a good PRer? My definition of a good PRer is to be able to fully absorb the materials of 6 textbooks a day. (I wonder this as I am a student doing medicine who has to take loads of exams)

Thanks.

You might want to try: www.lifetools.com
They are based in the UK (Berkshire, England)
They have a list of seminar dates, also.

According to this site, Mykal is a PR instructor.

Having eyesight in only one eye is enough for photoreading. Naturally you will never see the blip page which is okay since there are a number of other cues that you have obtained the correct focus (like noticing the white of the page and the patterns it makes)

You can check if your instructor is certified on the LSC site. Point your browser to the Seminar pages (left hand column)

Here's a direct link for convienience. http://www.learningstrategies.com/PhotoReading/Seminar3.html

After the seminar you can take in as many textbooks/books a day as you want. Activation becomes easier the more you use the system. You don't practice PhotoReading - you use it as often as you can. Apply it to all your reading material on a daily basis and it gets better till you hit your own personal comfort zone.

Having only one eye will pose no barrier to you Photoreading. I am in the same boat as you, having sight in only one eye - but I have enjoyed measurable Photoreading success.
