I'm not sure how it works with your native language, but as far as English goes, PhotoReading is the way to go.

The PhotoReading book has been translated into a number of languages. If there is one in your native language, you may wish to try it out.

I am unable to see any reason for that
photoreading shouldn't be appropiate
as a reading skill for any existing
language.
