Hi Guys! My second post!

I've been photoreading some stuff, a book on math and another about biology....

Well no problems with "soft eyes" or keeping focused and relaxed state... But the activation does seem hard, I mean I don't have a "flow of knowledge" yet....
I did read some of the other posts on activation and stuff...
Any other fresh ideas??

I suggest you have a clear purpose of what you want to do with the knowledge before beginning to activate. Each activation session should have a specific, tangible purpose so that you know what you want to be able to achieve by the end of it.

Remember also that activation is simply getting active with the material. You are retrieving it from your other than conscious mind and this is done in layers. A good activation thread worth looking at is:

Remain physically and emotionally open and remember to use the NOPS. The "flow of knowledge", as you call it, will come.

I think preparing is the hardest part... actually wanting to do anything, and wanting it enough to do it right. Once you've got the momentum generated, the rest of the process flows from natural curiosity.

Actually activation is only as hard as you decide it to be. If you keep telling yourself it's hard you can rest assured that it will be.

I actually found activation the most interesting part. Rather than having to read every thing in a text I can go straight to where the answers to my questions are. During superreading I do notice information that might be interesting and that helps raise the curiosity but I find it helps to remain clear on my purpose. In this way I have activated books in 30 minutes or less.

If you haven't got a purpose and don't know what you want from the book ask yourself why are you even bothering to activate it? There are better books that raise your interest and curiosity. Move on. If you have to activate the book for school or something... 'what do you need to know?' If you're not sure... Turn chapter heading and subheadings into questions.
