Hi all, I have some questions on image streaming. Whats the best source to use to learn the process? Is it just basically tape recording your images and then writing them down? Will it help me to think in pictures more often? After you image stream, does your brain feel exhausted like its had an intense workout? Does image streaming help with photoreading in any way? Will image streaming work better on certain subjects, such as math? What else is described in the book "The Einstein Factor"?

I am interested in increasing my intelligence and my learning techniques. If you have any tips, please post them here. Thanks a lot!!

Thanks for the sites, they are very interesting... Would you (or anyone else) care to write about their training/routines and their results, especially in conjuction with photo-reading??

Thanks~
