In the 1st stage of PR -'preparation', when I put the tangerine at the back of my head, am I suppose to read the entire book BEFORE moving onto the 2nd stage-'preview'.

it's good to get into the habit of getting into the right state for reading, the tangerine technique. It is a good one to apply whenever you do any reading. So for preview, postview, activation, rapid reading and even plain regular reading, use the tangerine.

For previewing, grab 10 to 20 pages so you look at every 7, 15 or 21 pages. Limit your time to about 6 to 8 minutes when getting trigger words this way.
