The process is explained in the book and takes a book to explain.

It consist of 5 steps

1.Prepare
2.Preview
3.Photoread
4.Activate
5.Rapid read (optional)

Why not just tell us where you feel you're getting stuck and we can concentrate upon providing answers that are more helpful to you.

It's as easy as riding a bike once you've learnt how.
