Well until you posted the list of books you intend to start with I thought you had a deeper goal than getting very good with PR.
Some thoughts that occured to me while I was reading your post. The first is the difference between Saturation and Overwhelming and Scattered everywhere. At first it sounded like you were going to read everything about everything. Which it you are trying to acquire everything is being scattered everywhere. If you has a single or a small tightly associated group of purposes, then it's not scattered. It a single desire searching for an answer. If you have many dissociated desire, then you are scattered. Being scattered is great for being in the moment, the problem is that your progress towards any given goal is very slow. This is disheartening.
Saturation versus overwhelm, saturation means you have all you can hold, while overwhelm means you have more than you can handle. Overhelming is one good way of ensuring you are reaching your saturation point.
The idea of Bypassing a belief system... no you can't do that. You actions a determined by a constant balancing act of many beliefs. The importance, or weight, of a belief is not a constant with time. By exposing yourself to many new beliefs you can change the balance. However, if you what you want the outcome to be then you can undergo processes to examine the value of beliefs and go about changing the importance attributed to the values. It comes down to choosing what you want, really want, and making it happen.
The sticky bit is what you really want.
If you didn't listen to Pete saying, "Just do it" well then you're not going to listen to me.
If your goal is to PR mastery, then all it takes is true commitment to making it happen. You've got enough information and support to find your way. You just have to be committed to finding that path.
Will your plan work.... well, it won't hurt.
You are perfection,
