Does anyone know what frequency I should set binaural beats to during the Paraliminal sessions to achieve optimal results (i.e. 20Hz, 15 Hz, 8 Hz, 1 Hz)? Is it better to be in the Theta stage or, if possible, deep into the Delta state of mind?

I have a machine that produces binaural beats and can be adjusted by tone and frequency. My knowledge on this subject so far tells me that you should take a two step approach: First, try the alpha frequencies (8-13 hz), this is mainly for meditation and deep relaxation for no more than 15 to 30 minutes at first. Then try the theta frequencies (4-7 hz), used mainly for learning new responses. If you fall asleep during the theta session you're not ready yet! Go back to using the alpha session until you can easily achieve a deeply relaxed state, then try the theta session again.
I'm curious though, what are you using to make binaurals?

Be cool
