When you photoread something, the second step of pr,you put the page in front of you. You make you sight wide to see the whole page, just as Scheel told us to do.What do you see, except 2 binding lines? What do the words like? What kind of things that I should see to show me that I do it right? The book didn't write it clearly. And if I don't do the step right, does it mean i won't get anything from pr?

You should not be seeing the words clearly when photoreading because you should be using your eyes in a different way using your peripheral vision because you want to expose the text from the book to the part of the brain that can process 20,000 things at the same time the other than unconscious mind. That is why we change our field of vision so we can get the conscious mind the part of the brain that can handle only 7 or 9 bits of information out of the way so we can tap into the part of the brain that is much more powerful. photoread4me.

If you have trouble with the blip page don't worry about it. Instead of looking at the words look at the white space around the words/letters and notice the four outer corners of the book. Just look at the patterns of white and that works just as well.

Open a book and lift one page. Now carefully curve the page so that you put the edge of the page into the crease (join) of the book.

You will have 2 flat pages and a third one that looks a bit like that curved page.

When you look at the book and it looks something like that you have the blip page.

It means you have photofocus. All you need to do from there is say the chant and turn the pages with a steady rhythm.

When you lift the pages slide your finger tip along the top edge starting near the crease of the book. There is a natural rise there. As you move to the corner let your hand slide under the page as you lift and turn.

Yes your hand does cover part of the page but you'll see it as you turn anyway. Trying to turn the pages from the corner causes frustration since you have difficulty seperating them. Then you catch the pages with the thumb of the other hand.

If pages stick together let it go you'll catch them on another photoread or while superreading and dipping.

It helps to prepare the book before start.
